I honestly cannot even begin to explain how happy I am that Spring is here. If I had to put up with cold winter weather for the entire year, I know that I would be a very unhappy person. However, the best part about Spring is actually the fact that I get to spend time with my good friend for her birthday.

My good friend always gives me a really nice present for my birthday (which happens to take place during the Winter), so I always return the favor by getting her a nice gift. There is a great little shopping center that is not very far from my home, so that is where I always go when I need to find a nice birthday present. Even though my evenings are filled with work, I always find time during at least one afternoon to go out and shop for her gift.

When I went to shop for her gift, I actually met the salesperson, and although I was apprehensive at first, he turned out to be a really nice and helpful person. Even though I got a little bit distracted by my conversation, I eventually got back on track and started looking for a birthday gift. During the course of my search, I found a leather jewelry box that I knew my good friend would love. I’m not really into wrapping, so I decided to put the leather jewelry box into a really nice gift bag. When I went to my good friend’s celebration a week and a half ago, I was so pleased that she told me multiple times how much she liked what I got her.
